Obama, Paneta play republicans for fools

i knew back a few months ago obama and panetta were working together when panetta said the sequester would rip up the military. talk radio was crowing how obama would have to make a deal on cuts because even his defense secretary was predicting doom. rep pundits on tv were doing the same thing. here, we know dems love defense cuts. now the strategy is out in the open and reps look like fools again. panetta is out blasting congress for these "draconian cuts". this is all a planned effort to force reps to raise taxes yet again.
