Maduro...did not. But he did run a country that sits on a large oil reserve that our leaders want to control dearly. (Unfortunately, they'll find that it's really expensive to tap into those reserves..but shhhhh! )

1- He stole US oil companies

2- He released thousands of violent criminals from their prisons and sent them on migrant caravans to the US.

4- He enacted socialism, which nose dived their economy. This causes the masses to illegally immigrate to the US.

5- He was illegally selling oil to our enemies.
