I thought, you would consider the arrival of more arms a good thing. As for the terrorism Israel supports in Syria, the UN report about Israeli support to the terrorists is available. The topic of this thread raises the question of why considering Israel the bad guys here and not Iran so lets get it clear - Israel doesn't threat to eliminate entire states(/harming innocents) or funding world terrorism like Iran, so is there even a question why NOT to arm the peaceful ally instead of easing the life of the Iranian nuclear maniacs? Do you have a fact based explanation that also doesn't kills logic be my guest, but "the US compensation for Israel"?--- excuse me? to the very least you can start by stating WHY and provide some ground for your theory starting with relevant questions, not the other way around. At first, this thread is not about Israel´s support to the terrorists in Syria. It is about the US´ compensation for Israel now where the US could lift sanctions on Iran.I dunno what's in this article because it's only accessible fpr subscribers, however I'll just refer to your recent posts here instead of separated ones. That not, but I get Haaretz results often in the google searches.By the way, are you subscribed to Haaretz?
The claims of Israel aiding Syria civil war/ funding IS or any other foreign terrorist group / puppeteering for clashes is groundless and sounds even more ridiculous as they are closed to Israel, now without any relation to this article which we can't read let me ask you just three questions you can answer by simple logic.
1.What reason is there for Israel to assist hostile organization that would aim back to Israel?
2.What can be an actual profit from war in neighboring countries to Israel that is involved (as you claim)?
3.Finally the most important question of all - at which cost the alleged profit still makes it profitable for Israel to do so(as you claim)?
Secondly, Israel´s support for the terrorists in Syria is not a theory but proven. While accusations towards the Syrian government always base on the statements of terrorists ("activists", "eyewitnesses") this article is neutral and says that "Israel plays a key role in prolonging the war in Syria":

What ever Israel´s intentions are, this is a fact.
Having some journalist writing it down doesn't mean its a fact..and most likely not neutral - nobody is ever neutral, as much as you show up some sudden curiosity so does the journalist and also just like the journalist writing down what you think - doesn't make it a fact either.
