Obama can't be prosecuted. You can thank Trump for that.

So what is Trump hiding in suppressing the release of the Epstein files? He's taking severe political damage, with significant portions of his own base turning on him, his hold on the house slipping with Republicans breaking ranks to vote with Democrats to release what Trump suppresses, with Trump now more underwater on favorability than any president in US polling history save himself in term 1.....

........meaning that whatever is in the Epstein files would Eh ..
If the Biden Administration had the beans on Trump being caugh with his knickers down .. what makes you think they wouldn't have released it while toasting overpriced champagne (at taxpayers expense) with their fake news mouth farts. 🤔

... and Trump's doing fine while Democrats are fizzling like old baggy ballons.. 🙂

You’re begging the question. If Trump has the beans, why isn’t he releasing the evidence?

Mmm .. I wouldn't say I was begging ..😄

Who knows .. threats of repercussions.. list has been cleansed (no beans) .. Bondi needs more time.. Trump would rather release the beans closer to the end of his term, etc.

That what it’s called when people ask why Biden didn’t release them, but ignore the fact that Trump isn’t either.

The Biden admin was aware, as are we all now, that the Rapist-in-Chief's name appears in the file. They could have used it in the 2024 campaign but didn't.

Trump's been busy making America great again, not so much with bumbling Biden and 4 years of epic failures.
Democrats could care-less about Epstein during the Biden years and what did they do about BJ Clinton and his 26 trips to Epstein's Island, I'll remind you .. nothing..

Well now it's improbable that I could ever take you seriously.. 🙄

Still begging the question! Trump hasn’t been busy, unless you consider cheating at golf a chore.

You’re babbling, now. Litigants being the cases. The courts are free to narrow the issues. Sure. But that doesn’t mean that they are actually supposed to accept a case premised on a political question.

They need to stay in their lane.
Re: that they are actually supposed to accept a case premised on a political question.

But they do base their case load on politics.
Which is why they'll refuse to take cases that doesn't help their agenda.

And why they rule something (like gerrymandering) is O.K. as long as it isn't so egregious, that it passes a line of judicial intolerance.

We also saw that in the 6th amendment case where a Texas man's lawyer was asleep during what could have been critical points of the trial.

A Sleeping Lawyer and a Ticket to Death Row

When George McFarland was accused of robbing and killing a neighborhood grocery owner, he took the advice of an acquaintance and hired longtime criminal lawyer John E. Benn. That may prove to be a fatal mistake.

Benn was 72 years old and had not handled a capital murder trial for at least 19 years. Nor did he jump headlong into the new case--he spent four hours preparing for the 1992 trial. Benn did not examine the crime scene, interviewed no witnesses, prepared no motions, did not request that any subpoenas be issued, relied solely on what was in the prosecutor’s file, and visited his client only twice.

The bailiff initially nudged Benn’s chair to rouse him but soon gave up,” Hughes wrote. “Benn’s sleeping was obvious to the entire courtroom.”

The USSC didn't take up the case after a writ was filed.

They were found to be false.

Did Putin want Trump to win?

  • The Obama report said that “Russia’s goals were to undermine public faith in the US democratic process, denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability” and that Putin had a “clear preference for President-elect Trump.”
  • But the House report contradicted this, saying that Putin’s “principal motivations in these operations were to undermine faith in the US democratic process.” The Russian strongman also seemed to expect Clinton to win, and held back on “some compromising material for post-election use against the expected Clinton administration.”
  • The Senate report said lawmakers were given “specific intelligence reporting to support the assessment that Putin and the Russian Government demonstrated a preference for candidate Trump.”
Did Russia alter the 2016 election?

  • To buttress Tulsi Gabbard's claims that the Obama intel report was political interference, she highlighted the findings of multiple intelligence agencies that Russia “had neither the intent nor capability to impact the outcome of the US election.”
  • On this, all three reports are in agreement.

Russia didn't have the ability to alter the vote tallies, but that doesn't mean they didn't have the ability to influence the outcome of the election.

In addition to the widely publicized interference in the 2016 and 2024 United States presidential elections, Russia has been accused of interfering in numerous elections and political processes across the globe, especially in Eastern and Western Europe.

In addition to the widely publicized interference in the 2016 and 2024 United States presidential elections, Russia has been accused of interfering in numerous elections and political processes across the globe, especially in Eastern and Western Europe.

Moldova: Russia actively interfered in Moldova's November 2024 presidential election, employing a vote-buying scheme and a range of subversive methods against the pro-European incumbent.

The United Kingdom: Russia interfered in the Brexit vote and the general elections in the UK, using tactics like cyberattacks, hack-and-leak operations, and online disinformation campaigns aimed at stoking divisions.

These instances highlight a pattern of Russian efforts to manipulate public opinion and electoral outcomes in various countries, using a diverse toolkit of tactics including disinformation campaigns, cyberattacks, funding of political parties, and other covert influence operations.

Epstein was killed under Trump's watch.

Political questions are NOT within the proper scope of the judicial branch.

That's right OP, Obama can shoot someone on Fifth Ave and still not get prosecuted.

Thanks Republicans!

Epstein was killed under Trump's watch.
Trump, legally recognized as a sexual predator, had a long-term intimate relationship with the pedophile sex trafficker.

This scandal, sustained by the irrational MAGA paranoia about government that Trump stokes and exploits, is not about to be suppressed, and it's not his only self-inflicted problem. The lowlife continually lashes out hysterically, and then can concoct no evidence for his lies.

Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer in a Friday interview said the Trump administration will need to address its allegations that former President Obama manipulated intelligence related to Russian interference in the 2016 election.
“If these guys keep pumping out this stuff and declassifying things and don’t go anywhere, you think Epstein was bad, you’re going to piss off a lot of people if they don’t act,” Spicer said during a Friday appearance on “The Morning Meeting.”
“So I think they’re creating the impression that things will happen, and there better be some kind of follow-up. People who dealt with this issue are a hell of a lot more vocal than they are on Epstein. And I think you’re getting a lot of people’s hopes up,” Spicer said.
With his approval numbers plummeting, his economy collapsing, and his tariff-induced inflation about to make life more difficult for Americans, he's screwed bigly.

Depends. If exposing details about Trump would require them expose some high profile democratic donors, they may have wanted to leave the entire topic alone.

MAGA ran exposing the Epstein list, even confirming they had the list. Now, suddenly, the list doesn't exist?

I call bullshit.

Morroco

Over 100 documents pertaining to the Russian Collusion hoax, kept well hidden by the Biden Administration, have now been declassified by the DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, and dozens of intelligence employees.

So now that we all know the truth, about Obama being at the center of the conspiracy to usurp the election of Donald Trump, questions are being asked about where will Obama flee to, to escape prosecution, imprisonment, and possibky even the death penalty, for treason ?

Here's a map showing the possible destinations (shown in red).
Run Obama! Run!
And that goes for many of his outlaw gang as well > Brennan, Clapper, Comey, etc

And what those documents show is a debate on whether or not Russia clearly and unambiguously helping Trump's campaign demonstrated a preference for Trump's election. With the 2016 intelligence leadership determining that it did.

Where's the crime? Let alone justification for EXECUTING Obama?

Even Trump refers to this as a witchhunt.

Yeah, those Facebook memes got millions of Dems to vote for Trump.

Note you don't dispute that Russia did indeed attempt to help Trump.

Even Gabbard doesn't argue that point.

The entire premise of this latest attempt to distract from the Epstein files is the 2016 intel leadership's conclusion that Russia's attempt to help Trump demonstrated a preference for Trump's victory.

That's literally it. And somehow that justifies the EXECUTION of the 2016 intel leadership team. Including Obama, somehow.
