The only explanation I can come up with is people are grasping the fact hat he will be leaving the WH soon....

Look at the recent trip to Cuba....While they are scraping people off the walls at the airport and train station in Brussels.
The dancing in Argentina....
Taking another swipe at making fun of Americans as being stupid.
He never seems to pass on any opportunity when he is abroad to do this....
