They are violating terms of the agreement and bitch slapping Obama and Kerry every chance they get. So yeah reward them and at the same time crash oil prices to $25 a barrel when they start dumping their crude on the market. We do not have leaders, we have timid professors running this country spending every waking hour apologizing to and placating our enemies. This is not working.
