Obama amnesty vs rubio amnesty. any difference?

the only difference i can see is rubio grants immediate legalization while obama waits 8 years. i heard on the radio today ryan was crying that Obama was trying to get a partisan advantage on immigration. WHAT A SHOCK!! I wish on some issue, sometime, republicans would at least try to gain a partisan advantage.

I don't like Rubio's plan any more than I like Obama's.
