Agreed , but for those already in that position it is not an option. Remember 9 out of ten rape victims still don't report it so for example in my state they have the exception for rape in place BUT it has to be reported and documented. In my state just like so many other republican-majority states our abortion law was put up on the people by our legislature even though the majority of people in the state opposed it. We are petitioning it to allow the people to vote it out.
