Anyone who thinks they need more than 10 rounds of rapid fire to get the job done. Anyone who thinks that "cop killer" bullets should be sold to the public. Anyone who says that background checks are against the Constitution. Anyone who thinks people should be allowed to carry guns on airplanes. Anyone who thinks that the Constitution gives everyone an unfettered right to carry guns anywhere and anytime they want. Anyone who was not appalled to hear the NRA say about Bush's election, "we'll have . . . a president where we work out of their office."
I own multiple guns. I hunt, skin, cook and eat what I kill. I own a nice Taurus Judge that I use for home protection and target practice. And when they pass a CC law in Illinois I'll probably apply for one.
But I also agree with strict gun control. There has to be limits to who can carry, what they can own and carry and where they can carry.
Why do I want more than 10 rounds in a magazine?
So I don't have to reload as often.
I don't have to have a reason you like any more than you have to have a reason for your car, your computer, your golf clubs that I like.
As far as "Cop Killer" bullets go, .......
That term was invented by the media to describe bullets were are coated to help protect barrels and as a side affect it added penetration value through metal and glass, something many police forces wanted and were asking for because the bullets didn't skip off of them.
True "Cop Killer" bullets, which are correctly described as "armour piercing" don't rely on the coating, but on the core material of the bullet ( hardened steel, tungsten, or tungsten carbide ) which makes them much more expensive than regular lead bullets but that fact is lost in all of the lies and distortions by people like Feinstein, Schumer, and NBC and the rest of the media.
Just as an aside, you are aware that hollow points, also known as "Dum Dum" bullets are illegal in California because they cause too much damage inside the body? The media and gun grabbers made such an issue of the exit wound, when there was one, being so large that they convinced the legislature there ban them. Even though they are the safest round to be used for home protection because they have such a low penetration value.
Remember the infamous "Black Talon" hollow point? A bullet banned because it was scary looking and blamed for doing more damage than what it actually did. But, as usual, the gun grabbers and media didn't care about the facts and made up their own.
