Now That The Mask Has Dropped, Here is The Historical Context.

Only to those that are delusional. She fabricates shit, distorts stuff, totally misappropriated history, and really, hasn't ever had an original thought in her life. It is mostly cut and paste and often times she fails to attribute the source, usually they call that plagiarism. No concept of logic, her writing is like she is on acid or something.
Yada yada yada, blah blah blah.....

Blah blah blah

Blah.

Whatever

Again, Eminent Domain, it has been used in New York City before, in Brooklyn. You guys have no problem using it to build Trump's Big Beautiful Wall, seizing private property is not a problem in that case, why would it be a problem to help with affordable housing. I mean I will stick with North Carolina, I am sure New York is much the same.
Thanks for proving her point.

Again, I point you to Kelo v. New London.
Yes, I am familiar with this one. And my statement still stands.

I am not one to bend over just because a handful of leftwing judges makes an incredibly stupid and even more wrong decision. I fully recognize it then sustains a law......something we'll work to reverse.

"Former youth organizer for AOC busted after urging ‘attack’ on Jewish students at Brooklyn public high school

A Brooklyn woman who worked as a youth organizer for “Squad” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez was arrested Friday on charges she urged her 25,000 social media followers to “attack” a public high school because Jewish students attend it.

Abdul worked on the Democratic primary campaigns of socialist pols AOC and state Sen. Julia Salazar in the summer of 2018. She was a paid canvasser for Salazar, the lawmaker told The Post."

This is what your party has become, Democrats........and you won't disavow it.

What have you become???

Except that everyone sane and paying attention knows that it is “diversity” that destroyed NYC and all of Americas once great cities.
For as long as I can remember, NYC has been seen as a craphole where crime is high and corruption is the norm.

I guess you can have diversity of crime.

Do you know who wrote the dissent? It was a 5-4 vote. Answer that question and get back to me about liberal judges.

1. Democrat officials have endorsed this openly Marxist candidate: Mamdani stands for abolishing private property, socialis/communism, anti-Semitism, and racism.

And a Dem Senator said this should be the direction of the party.

2. Asked in several threads if Democrat voters would refuse to vote for this party if this is its agenda, only one....ONE...said he would not vote for it.

3."The history of communism, especially the CCP, demonstrates how effectively stupidity can be exploited by evil. That's another of the great lessons of history. Evil exploits human stupidity. Marxism has inherent features within that led to its collapse in the Soviet Union, and will eventually do the same in China. But during its existence, Stalin utilized the stupidity (and greed) of the West and killed millions of... people in the process.

4. ...the Democratic Party, increasingly Marxist itself, has been doing pretty much the same thing within our borders--evil exploiting stupidity for its own self-aggrandizement and power. Intelligence is not determined by IQ, folks. I have met countless numbers of incredibly stupid people with very high IQs.

5. ...True intelligence begins here: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge and wisdom. If you don't start there, then the farther away you get from it, the dumber you are going to be, regardless of how high your IQ is.
As James Madison said, “The future and success of America is not in this Constitution, but in the laws of God upon which this Constitution is founded.”
Democrats HATE having to hide what they truly believe and who they truly are just to get elected. Hell they HATE elections and that the people have any say in things.

I know.....but not the extent you think.

I did. At the same time, I would say that not all communists are really communists. Which begs the question....just how many have to be before you need to be worried. I think this where her thinking (which is generally very good) is going. We have not seen something like this for a very long time. And you have a cadre of people who are not currently this extreme but could get there very fast around the area.

There is no universal ideology in either party (but I think that it more generally accepted that conservatives have the broadest spectrum). So, that will never happen. Now, if you look at Trump, the left goes insane and accuses anyone who won't renounce him of being MAGAts, cultists...whatever. Despite the fact that it simply not the case. It is more for political expediency. To my earlier point though....Trump is new and the directionally this is scary to many. Same with the moron from New York City.

Again, it's the machinery that is important. You takeover when you get into power. If this guy gets elected, it's no different than Trump getting elected. There are no mandates....there is just power.

Sure, if you want to write a book.

And the term "isolated outlier" is suspect in this case. Harris was accused of the same thing (obviously at the level of hyperbolic extreme.....but not without justification).

In this case, I think it is describing a concerning momentum. There is a much broader argument to be made but as I said......a book.

You can't look at Tim Walz and not think many of the same things she is saying about the New York assclown. My experience with PoliticalChic is that she's ususally pretty good with her assertions. If she reached to far in this one, I think a reasoned response is in order.
Political momentum does matter, both in terms of candidates who win and the movements behind them. That’s why the standard for assessing an ideological takeover has to be consistent across the board.

A single figure, whether on the far left or far right, can generate outsized headlines without actually representing the platform or agenda of the party as a whole. Political science looks at sustained patterns, shifts in party platforms, national policy priorities, and voting records across multiple election cycles to determine whether a faction is truly steering the party.

The "how many is too many" question is relevant, but the threshold isn’t just about numbers. It’s about institutional adoption too. Committee leadership, control over the party platform, and influence over legislation. Without those, isolated victories remain just that, isolated. If the concern is about machinery taking power, then the same analytical lens should be applied to all factions in all parties. That’s the only way to separate real systemic shifts from the noise of individual candidacies.

There is no question which direction the Dimocrat party is headed in. Each election cycle we will be seeing more AOC's, more Mamdani's, and as they grow in #'s they will drag the party further and further to the left. Once they have full control, they will become emboldened to begin destroying individualism.
They will work to take the individual's ability to freely move about using their own modes of transportation.
They will then work to destroy rural America, forcing the individual to live in large urban environments, where they can be controlled by the state.
It will happen much more easily now, as many generations now have been trained to accept the nanny-state.

Is this in reference to me? If so I want to reiterate I have literally never voted for a democrat in my life, nor do I consider myself one. My thread history pretty well demonstrates my claims I think.

I believe a lot of Democrats would move away from the party if it openly embraced literal abolition of private property. I think the Democrats here are too charged up and hostile to give you enough grace to entertain your question honestly though.

They don't want to approach openly and honestly, possibly because they don't believe you will return the favor. I don't know.

You believe a lot of BULLSHIT, quite frankly.

NOBODY on the left is advocating or even suggesting ending private ownership.

What they are advocating for is a fair division of the economic pie. Where 80% of the wealth of this nation is’t flowing to the wealthiest Americans.

You have the highest rate of poverty in the first world, while being the wealthiest nation in the world.

Something is seriously WRONG with economic policies which create such a lopsided result.

“If there was any system that could guarantee each person housing — whether you call it the abolition of private property or you call it a statewide housing guarantee — it is preferable to what is going on right now,” Mamdani said in the video shared by RNC Research.

"Top Dem senator reveals socialist Mamdani is what her party should look like: 'You bet'

Did you actually read my post? Try again.

Sounds like you're not even American the way your post reads though. You sure are very opinionated about a system you're not part of and don't contribute to.

I found that when I put Dragonlady on ignore, my experience on the board improved significantly.

I have since followed with several other morons, especially those from offshore.

Misapply capitalism for long enough, and you'll eventually create the wealth disparities that are bad enough to make a shitty system like socialism actually attractive to some.

Shallow, binary, all-or-nothing thinking is a menace, and we're seeing it play out. Again. Because we just don't learn.

I can see where it may be efficacious.

I don't use the ignore function, but I admit that there are some I don't even read their posts.

How about a political ideology that tells folks that they are never responsible for their own poor decisioins, or efforts.......what do you suppose that does to their fortunes?

And telling successful folks ....."you didn't build that!"

Yeah, they did. Millions got the benefits that the sophist Obama mentioned, but they added something that made them successful.

You think we’re not part of your system. We’re your largest trading partner so yes we are a part of “your system”, moron.

The words are too big and you don’t understand their meaning. Things like “truth”, “facts” and “integrity” are utterly beyond the comprehension of those who worship MAGA and its hate filled, racist agenda.

How about 'efficacious"?

Did I just teach you a new word?
Wow.
Wait until you get to college.....if only.
