Today, even if Republicans don't mandate DEI, corporations are going to want to show groups that represent women and minorities that they are trying to diversify, because it's really the right thing to do. There's no reason a country as diverse as ours should have so many straight white christian men in executive positions. Somethings not right. There's a good old boys network going on here.

But again, if women and minorities don't want to be looked at as DEI hires, they need to do away with the policy.

I really do have 2 white nephews in college. I don't want women or blacks getting preferential treatment over them.

And when I find that most DEI management hires are real pricks? I'll give you an example. My brother found a black guy to replace him as the VP of HR. The black guy makes 4 x what he made. DEI candidates are highly sought after in corporate America. Companies want to fill their quota. Well it turns out now that the guy making 4 x what my brother makes is in charge, now no one is hitting their bonus'. He has to justify why they pay him so much. So he finds savings in their salaries and bonus'. Hard to feel sorry for these people making $1 million a year when they get fucked over. Because they fuck over the people beneath them constantly.

And what reason does he give for them not getting their full bonus? They didn't hit their DEI quotas. LOL. White people are pissed.
