If anything, this nomination process is teaching a lot of people the truth about how things work. This headline will surprise many. And, ir works for ALL political parties. They are private entities and establish their own rules.

If Donald Trump does emerge as the nominee of the Republican party, it will not be because anyone forced him on the GOP. It will be because every level of the GOP made a decision that he should represent its principles and values in 2016. No one can hide, and no one can run for cover. The party will decide.

The Republican party is such a whore for votes that it will let him be their nominee, possibly our President. Jeesus.

"Whore for votes"?

Curious choice of words considering the Democrat "Super Delegates" have shoved the Hillary nomination up their respective...throats of Democrats in spite of the fact being that there are at least a dozen better and far more qualified candidates than Crooked Hillary.

This is about Trump, not Hillary. Yes, the Republicans have been happy to sell their principles and better judgment for the sake of more votes, which the Donald brought to them in waves. At any point, the party could have put its foot down and booted his ass out, before this became a national mandate. But no, they greedily accepted all the votes and were careful not to upset them, fully expecting a different candidate to win the day ... and they could through bullshit and manipulation swing those voters over to their nominee. Didn't happen that way. They are STILL the Republican party and they could STILL do the right thing, but they won't. They are nobly saying they will respect the will of the people, but the truth is, they haven't got any alternatives at this point and that is THEIR fault and it serves them right for whoring for votes of Americans who think Trump is a great man.

Down ticket, it is a terrible choice. They endorse Trump, there will be Republicans that say, 'No way, Jose!'. They fail to endorse Trump, there will be Republicans that say 'No way, Jose!'. LOL
