You can't at the same time demand that Israel remove its sovereignty from "Arab territory/Palestine" and demand that Israel apply its sovereignty over Arabs in "Arab territory/Palestine" by forcing them to become citizens. Those things are mutually exclusive.

Since Israel has, as a matter of international law, transferred sovereignty over some territory (Areas A and B in 1994, and Gaza in 2005) to the Palestinian Authority, Israel is rightfully treating the citizens of "Palestine" as those of another State. Not apartheid. Normal working operations of the entire world.
