The Palestinians have never wanted peace. In an effort garner peace with Hamas, Israelis moved "all" Israelis out of the Gaza strip. The Palestinians weren't being oppressed. Billions of dollars were given to Gaza for infrastructure improvement. Not a dime went to that, only to tunnels, arms, munitions and rockets, placing those munitions and rockets in schools and civilian residences.
In a recent interview with a United Arab Emirate Arab, he told the interviewer that Islam "is" a "conquering religion." The conflict between the Jews and Palestinians has never been about territory. It wasn't about territory in 1948, 1967, 1963 and in 2023. It's about "subjugation." The saying "from the river to the sea" is actually," from water to water (meaning take all land).
A PEW study years ago found that a third of all Muslims want non-believers (infidels) converted to Islam, subjugated and paying the Jizya Tax, or outright killed. At the time of the study, that third would have been equal to the entire population of the United States.
Keep in mind that Muslims believe that it is permissible to lie to non-believers to protect the religion (Taqiyya).

As for Israel, it used to be called Judea, and it was founded 3000 years ago. They were and are the actual indigenous peoples. As for Islam, it was founded about 1450 years ago and NOT in Judea. Islam back then conquers by the "sword," and that's how they spread to Judea. As for those Jews that left Europe after World War II and immigrated to Israel, and not many convert to Islam, they are the very distant ancestors of the original founder. The Jews are an extreme minority when compared with Islam and they are surrounded by Islamic countries.
