Noem confuses a constitutional right with its abuse. Imagine my surprise.

Haha HC does not protect us from being arrested you idiot

It isn’t the constitution..it’s a common law writ and priv in the United States

It literally means being before the court

If I am arrested you file a bond motion, bond is a right not a priv, in the constitution.

You are clueless
Are you a citizen?

That’s correct. Learn the difference between a right and a privilege

A privlege is an advantage that is not universally held and bestowed by authority and can be taken away by authority

I've noted many times its a Constitutional protection.

All rights can be removed.

It protects you from being held by the government without reason.

Without habeas, there’s no way to make them release you.

it’s a last resort. After your rights are exhausted, like your right to bone, right to a trial, then if allowed you can exercise your privilege to file a petition of HC

You’ve called it a right, it’s not.

A right can’t be removed without due process, revoking a priv doesn’t require due process

It’s called a privilege…the constitution says that

And goes on to say how the govt can simply take it away

Constitution protections are the rights the document says are protected by law…rights that can’t be taken away without due process

The constitution doesn’t protect the privilege of the common law writ

Are you kidding? Try an iconic 50 year career in real estate which made him a multibillionaire. Tons of tough negotiating in there. The fact that you even ask that question tells me you don’t understand the idea of competence in leaders
You mean the multimillion dollar real estate company that was given to him. So you think a man who was given millions equals a competent leader, that says a lot about you.

Trump started his own company, friend. His work was in Manhattan and beyond.. His dad's was in Queens. Turning a million dollar loan in to $8 billion is the mark of a pretty excellent businessman, imho. What did 0bummer do that was like that? What did Hillary do? What did Kamala do? What did Bernie do? What did Biden do? What did AOC do? All of them a big fat nothing. NO private sector achievements between these failures.

Donald Trump has publicly claimed that he started his business career with a "small loan of $1 million" from his father, Fred Trump

However, investigative reports and financial documents suggest that the support he received was far more substantial.

Here's a breakdown:

  • Trump’s Claim: He has repeatedly said that in 1975, his father gave him a $1 million loan, which he used to build his real estate empire

  • Reality According to Investigations:
    • A 1985 casino-license document showed Trump owed his father and his father’s businesses about $14 million

    • A New York Times investigation found that over the years, Trump received the equivalent of at least $60.7 million (about $140 millionin today’s dollars) from his father, much of which was never repaid

    • Fred Trump also helped by guaranteeing loans, setting up trusts, and even buying casino chipsto inject cash into Donald’s struggling businesses 2
So while the $1 million loan story is technically true, it significantly understates the full extent of the financial support Trump received from his father.
