Do you have a list somewhere? I know plenty of rabbis and none has ever mentioned your plan. So while I might not speak for all rabbis, I would suggest that you speak for no rabbis.

Perhaps unlike you Carl, I have studied federal law, taken a number of courses over the years, read alot about it, but am not a lawyer. I don't need a computer ghost to inform me.

PL stands for Public Law. That PL 102-14 means that the 102nd US Congress passed the law, and it was the 14th law that Congress passed in its year of existence.

The fine point is that the law exists, but it was never encoded into the US Code as most laws are.

It is a law related to a particular religion, run by Talmudic Rabbis, and is therefore in violation of the First Amendment and invalid.
