If no one has a right to health care, does that mean "no one" or actually some Americans do have a right? So if some Americans do have a right to health care then who decides and decides on what basis?

It's not a right, it's a benefit for joining our military to fight for our country. It's no different than retirement plans or healthcare after retirement if you worked for a company that had those provisions.

Or Native Americans that were granted free healthcare by the gov through the IHS.

My wife and I have been retired for 22 years. We're on Medicare and we pay close to $6,000 each year for supplemental insurance to be sure one life threatening illness doesn't bankrupt us. All the hell ObamaCare does is to guarantee poor people a chance at something besides the emergency room. The Republican mantra:

How about the people that are currently living right at the financial edge of their means that will be seriously impacted when they have to supply insurance for those that feel like they should have everything handed to them?

George W. Bush assumed an economy with an unemployment rate of 4.3%. The budget was balanced with surpluses projected all the way to a completely paid off national debt. The first thing he did was to reduce tax rates for the wealthy in 2001 and again in 2003. Then he proceeded to double the national debt from $5.7 trillion to nearly $12 trillion. He effectively borrowed $6 trillion from foreign banks and funneled it into the pockets of the rich in the form of tax cuts. What a goddamned idiot!

. OK, so what put's any choice, product or right into anyone's hands then ? MONEY & money alone ? Is money what gives us all our abilities and rights in this nation, and without it we have no rights at all, including to LIFE ? Isn't this better understood as class warfare really, and money in which depends on what class one belongs to ? What rights and/or perks belong to that class in which is above and beyond the rest who may not belong to a class?

Now don't say go earn the money and join the class of your dreams, because you know good and well that all members whom may belong to a class, uh didn't nessesarily earn their way in. How about all the family members and like minded friends who are allowed into the class, but didn't earn their way in ? Yeah sure, you know the wild crazy young folks who just so happen to be born into the class, but even so they are some of the most undeserving and lazy folks you ever laid your eyes on. I would be willing to estimate that today within certain groups/classes, that there is only one out of five people earning their way within the group/class, but the wealth is so strong (old money), that the class can sustain alot of abuse within the group/class, yet still remain intact & vibrant.

They still remain braggerts with the old adage of "I got mine", especially when it comes to healthcare. The sad thing is that their class, and the strength of it these days is dying within, but they still have the gall to look outside of their dying group/class and say, "you have no right to healthcare or alot of other things, but hey they will say "I do as long as this class or club that has secured enough money over time for me and my crazy family and/or friends to keep on supporting me, and allowing us to keep on enjoying OUR American dreams.
