I don't see them hitting their goal in 14 years on new cars. Reducing green house gasses is a worthy goal and that state has made great strides, including shutting down their last coal fire power plant (Brayton Point) and largest in the New England states. They got rid Coal at Brayton sometime between 2017 and Jan. 2019. Haven't here of Blackouts in that state, but I don't liver there. In TN, we still have 4 coal powered plants, run by TVA.
