No election fraud in California!

Unfortunately elections are controlled on a state/local level, not a federal one.
Yet there ARE some federal ligatures. For instance, can a state just vote for anyone they want? Can you put anyone on the ballot they want? And how are NATIONAL elections held if not somewhat tied to the national/federal system? I'd be interested in an expert's opinion on legally why Trump cannot pass an EO declaring time limits of 2 days--- longer than that requires good explanation--- for instance, if the State of CA could explain exactly why they need 30X as much time as anyone else and cannot get it done sooner, I'm all ears--- just explain it to me (or the Fed). If you actually have a good, sound reason, I can deal with that.

No, Election Day is NOT a federal or state holiday so the post office is open as usual.
My faux pas. You are correct.

Actually other than the date of the election there is not a whole lot that the Federal Government can do, unless a state/local law violated some form of Federal Law. Particularly regarding voter eligibility and equality issues.

Why? Because the California AG says there isn't. He is close to the elections and can see what's going on. Trump yells fraud because that is what he does and has done his entire presidential career. But the thing with Trump is that he never, and I mean NEVER, has shown any evidence whatsoever to back up his claims. The only evidence he can produce is what he conjures up in his feeble, withering mind!

Anybody with evidence to the contrary???

Bigly!!!
lol.

Damn, I knew you are simple-minded.

But, wow. You sure did confirm it.

There you go. Unless they violated some federal law. Another bungle by the law makers; we need a federal LIMIT to elections of state and national consequence unless with GOOD REASON to need longer, I say 2 days is plenty long enough. Otherwise soon, democrats will be counting out for six months.

At 2 days, if CA could demonstrate they had 92% of all ballots counted and their mayoral or gubernatorial election was STILL just too close to call and they had to have a few more days to be sure, then that would probably be a valid excuse.

THING IS: this is child's play, easy stuff, not rocket science--- I cannot believe we are still having these problems with so basic a governmental process as holding an election---

---especially when we were SOLD the whole electronification/computerization of our elections over paper ballots as a means of assuredly speeding up both our election counting AND our election integrity.

Sure hasn't worked out.

Before the electronic revolution in elections, when he had paper ballot elections where I live, NO ELECTION EVER WENT UNDECIDED/UNDECLARED yet by no more than 2AM the next day.

It was unheard of to go to bed at 4AM and still not know who won.

I agree. Unfortunately the Feds don’t have that power. I wish they did.

The Fed can give itself any power it wants. For 250 years, the Fed got what the Fed wanted, by simply declaring it legal. That is how we stole Florida, several states from Mexico, then took the rest of the continent from the Indians using a contract they could not even read by our lying to them about what it said when WE READ IT TO THEM.

The only real problem is not having the political will to stop this nonsense in Congress.

Our three co-equal branches of government:

"This just in ... breaking news! This was a completely above board, honest election, thanks to the magnificent Democrat Party which has a stirling reputation for total honesty and so much caring for our wonderful people!"

Thst doesn’t make it correct or proper. That mentality is why I have no interest in continuing the style of government we currently have. I’m an Authoritsrian by nature

It only needs to be LEGAL.

That mentality is why I have no interest in continuing the style of government we currently have. I’m an Authoritarian by nature
I would be too if it could be done benignly, but authoritarianism takes us too much in the direction of the CCP.

May god have no mercy on your Soul whatsoever.

I’m not a benign individual. I am a vindictive, violent and vengeful individual who believes the public square needs to be free of ANY sort of political, sexual, religious or other opinions. Period.

I see I’m off the ignore list.

You gave me your “word” that you had me on ignore.

Is your proclaimation that you were are a “man of your word” that meaningless? Of course it is. You’re not much of a man...are you little boy?
Because I have so little respect for you, I owe you nothing.
Yes, you're off my Ignore list because I love to jump you for your ridiculous views and lies. And reading your garbage reminds me of the battle we're in to save the soul of this country.
Toughen up, little whining you-know-what.
