no consumer sale retail prices mentioned?
I want to drawn the attention of FBR regarding when a product sales in market and do not mentioned the CONSUMER retail prices but sold on prices which does not mentioned on product.
Recently I bought BAKE PARLOUR cake in which company is selling their CAKE to the shop at Rs.60 and further the shop keeping Rs.10 and selling at Rs.70, more interesting to share all other information mentioned on the box of BAKE PARLOUR cake ( expiry date, how to use etc ) but only the important thing is missing what is retail consumer price.
Those company who do not mentioned retail prices have opportunity what prices they declare as consumer retail prices for paying GST and other prices they are selling their products to the shop, it indicate the clear message to FBR and consumer that company not mentioning the consumer retail prices which mean they are hiding the real prices in which they are selling products.
This is not ONLY the single company who failed to mentioned consumer retail prices but other many company are also doing the same practice not mentioned their real consumer selling prices such companies are ( LIQUID shoe polish makers, MINERAL water company, Bread makers)
Why the concern authority not taking notice and asked all the companies to mentioned its consumer retail prices in order to get full capacity of GST otherwise FBR not in a position for getting the whole amount of GST when no display of consumer price on the product.
