No charges for New Rochelle police officer who shot, killed Jarrel Garris, NY AG announces

In a report released Wednesday, the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James said that police were justified in shooting Jarrel Garris.

this is black dude walked in store stole a bunch fruit. when cops caught up to him he fought them and grabbed for one of cops guns. no charges the cops. shooting was justified. course the family is pissed.
