Once again North Korea is making statements about nuclear strikes against the United States of America. The statement "gangster like" sounds like a script Putin would have wrote for him. Why we wanted to revive talks on denuclearisation with North Korea is a mystery to me. Did the Russians abide by their end of the deal with us? No, they did not. Neither would NK.
