Nine Years Ago Today...

Congratulations! A person's last cigarette is a big deal.

Nine years ago today, at 10:53am (PST), I crushed out what would be the last cigarette I'd ever smoke.

I still get an occasional craving, but they come and go, so they're no big deal...

:clap2:

I quit November 16, 1983. I think my cravings subsided after two months.

I refuse to do what would be necessary to quit smoking.

On 11/11/2019 I celebrated 23 years. About a week or so after I pulled up to get gas and seated on top of the pump was an unopened pack of Marlboro Red. I wasn't even tempted, and have never once had a craving. I took the pack into the office and returned it to the guy behind the counter,

Both of us made one of the better decisions in our lives.
