That OP ed is nuts.Trump didn't deploy the troops to Niger. Obama did in 2013. I'm certain every mission is under review right now. Not just Niger. But to say no one knows why the troops are there as his OP ed implies Obama was very specific about fighting Boko Haram and any AQ affiliates.
