No I never had a problem with them other than they really like to send things to your email inbox. I just stopped using the DVR when I moved. I just stream anything I want to see now. I don't really watch a lot of Hollywood movies anymore. The everything being a giant CGI blockbuster turned me off it I guess. I like dialogue driven movies, not special effects centered ones.
