That is ridiculous this is as much a battlefield war as it is a digital one the enemy uses social media to recruit. Obama could do a world of good towards slowing that down by letting the world know one thing for sure. If you join ISIS America will see to it that it will cost you your life. He should also say that we are putting total needed assets to getting on with killing everyone of these murderous thugs. Or he could do what you suggested and play it cool and watch innocent people tortured and killed in the most gruesome ways.

It seems to me you are only displeased because he is not issuing useless Reaganesque ultimatums to no one in particular. Most of us do not need shitty superficial political theater to support military action to kill bad guys and you can bet the bad guys do not doubt that they are dogfood waiting to happen.

I completely understand why people object to Newt Gingrich, as he’s had a lot of personal setbacks, and even some questionable political positions. But, he really is one of the few politicians that understands with respect to the entirety of Western Civilization, and can put the threats to our achievements in a really profound cultural and historical context.

He might not be as flashy as some of the other speakers, but he had a lot more substance and historical grounding.

That's true but for the rank and file I think they respond more to video of Americans killing the enemy in person rather than reports of X number killed by bombing. They see glory in personal combat, not bombing missions, and war must have glory for them.
