Newly Released Clinton Email Proves Bush & Blair Plotted Iraq War A Year Before Launching It

"The secret emails in question date back to 2002. Colin Powell and George W. Bush are shown to have been conspiring to work with British Prime Minister Tony Blair to mislead the American public into believing that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, as a pretense for tricking the nation into supporting an invasion of Iraq. It’s been long established that there never were any such weapons in Iraq, but to some extent the Bush administration had the deniability of claiming that it had made an error. However this email trail suggests that Bush, Powell and Blair spent an entire year laying the groundwork for deceiving the public. Lying to congress in order to get it to approve a war is considered treason.

Whether or not the email trail is solid enough evidence to get anyone convicted of a crime, it’s certainly enough to lead Americans to conclude that the Iraq war was even more of a sham than previously believed. This email exchange might never have surfaced if not for the fact that the republican party forced Hillary Clinton to turn over everything she had."

AGAIN, I will ask; What about the email provokes the word "treason"?

You mean the war that was in the making since the Gulf war? You don't say!
You mean Bush was trying to create a coalition? You don't say!

I don't trust anything the CIA says. You are a damn fool if you do!
benghazi email search committee says nothing to see here...

They went on record to contradict the Bush Administration's assertion that Iraq had a nuclear weapon and had a delivery system.

That, alone, warrants an investigation.

I'm surprised it wasn't longer.

Takes time to get other countries on board and time to set logistics to conduct a war.

A war, I might add, that was approved by both parties in Congress.

America is ALWAYS ready for war.

Since America was founded we have been at war for 215 years out of 235 ( minor skirmishes being ignored ).

The business of America is WAR and business is GOOD.

The Downing Street memo has been around and the only people who ignore it are the fools who believe whatever a pol tells them

It's a travesty that this has never been fully investigated.

They'll just use the magic word to make it go away: Truther

This is not a "Truther" thing.

Not at all.

Oh I know, but that wont stop them. The whole goal is to discredit without addressing the subject matter. So Truther, whether it fits or not will be used just like "liberal", "Terrorist sympathizer" etc.

Not what they were hoping for I bet.

It turns out that yes, there was some astonishing details hidden in Hillary Clinton’s emails – just not what the Republicans thought it was. Newly released information indicates that then-President George W. Bush had reached a secret deal with British Prime Minister Tony Blair to invade Iraq – nearly a year before the invasion took place. A secret meeting took place in April 2002, where Colin Powell wrote that “He [Blair] will present to you the strategic, tactical and public affairs lines that he believes will strengthen global support for our common cause,” Powell wrote, adding that the prime minister has the skills to “make a credible public case on current Iraqi threats to international peace,” according to Newsmax.

It flies in the face of Blair’s public declaration that he was attempting to find a diplomatic solution to the manufactured “crisis.” It also reveals Blair’s collusion with the Department of Defense in fabricating and selling the “evidence” which convinced America that Saddam Hussein’s regime had weapons of mass destruction (it didn’t) and that they were involved in 9/11 and planning to strike America again (they weren’t). Tony Blair, desperate for the United Kingdom to regain some of its influence in the global balance of power, went along with everything Bush asked him to, including creating the fake narrative that Saddam Hussein had an unmanned aerial vehicle program that could deliver a WMD “within 45 minutes.”

That makes Bush ignoring all the intelligence leading up to 9/11 suspicious.

He needs to be asked if he purposely ignored the signs of the coming destruction of the WTC.

And what part of this did he discuss with his father and brother?

I had hoped one of the positive benefits out of the Iraqi debacle would be a sober look at the process for getting Congressional approval. And maybe come up with some legislation that stated that, oh, it is ILLEGAL for a President to present false data to get the country into war.

No such luck.

Please quote from the emails where Bush and Blair were working to deliberately mislead the public.

While you struggle to find evidence for your claim (it isn't there), I will quote this from the emails:

Blair believed the threat from Saddam and from Iraqi WMDs were real.

Therefore, it is blazingly obvious he is not trying to mislead the public. He is trying to make the threat known to the public.

Being wrong about the threat and misleading the public are two entirely different things.

There's no treason here.

You might ask Clinton the same questions as the whole thing was planned on his watch.

He sure didn't listen to the warning his FBI man John O'Neil was screaming about.
