While the radical left celebrates in euphoria, it's vital to get a hold of reality. Especially on

— he won despite them.
His victory was powered by newcomers (81%) and non-native long-timers (55%), while native-born New Yorkers voted against him (49%–38%).
This suggests demographic replacement + youth/transient turnout flipped the city, not a mandate from "original" New Yorkers.

It's similar what happens to University towns when the students register to vote locally.

Also remember "live in NYC 10+ years and born in NYC includes many minorities.

Yup. The ISA (Islamic Socialist Antisemite) won thanks to 1) the indoctrinated youth, courtesy of the leftist educational system, and 2) immigrants who dislike the American system and want to see it destroyed.

it's also the neighborhoods like Astoria, LIC, Greenpoint, and all the others along the East River. Those are young people with their parents paying their rent who think the world owes them.

We used to always say that in Canada our immigrants were part of a "melting pot". That you can "bring your customs to Canada". While the comparison to the U.S was, "if you go to America you become an American and respect Americas way of life". It appears you have made exceptions and it has dilluted your citizens vote.among other drags on your system.

NYC reaping the "benefits" of their policies. Their new Mayor sounds like Benito Mussolini. Yikes.

Actually, he sounds more like Lenin before he took over from Kerensky/ He promised the world and delivered more slavery and death to the Russian masses.
