The slave and I ate at Maze.
6 courses and $220 later, we wished we had gone to a deli.
But, I was philisophical: Unless we experienced Gordon Ramsey's Black Risotto, etc., etc., we would always wonder. Now we don't wonder: We appreciate the cheap and easy slice of pepperoni pizza you can eat while walking around Times Square.
I must say that I was ******* SHOCKED that we sat down at a table that wobbled, then we moved, TO ANOTHER TABLE THAT WOBBLED!!! Finally the waiter put a napkin under the table leg!
WTF???
I e-mailed Gordon Ramsey and let him know that he needed to buy his tables from a reputable dealer and gave him the names of several NYC Delis that seem to know the right people.

New York is a great harbor city that does not know how to use it's harbor, most of the city turns it's back on that great body of water, I see Bloomberg is the first mayor to figure this out and is creating the largest park and walk way system on the water in any city in America.
