New York to expand definition of rape after E Jean Carroll’s case against Trump

Lie harder, Tammy.

Tammy is probably one of those castrated freaks who dresses up in women's clothes then forces his way into the lady's changing rooms to watch them undress from their nickers using "trans-rights" to watch them shower so he can then go home and torture stray animals and put them in his freezer like Jeffrey Dahmer.

Who wants to guess what Tommy has buried in his backyard???

New York will expand its legal definition of rape to include various forms of nonconsensual sexual contact, under a bill signed into law by Governor Kathy Hochul on Tuesday.

The state’s current limited definition was a factor in writer E Jean Carroll’s sexual abuse and defamation case against Donald Trump. The jury in the federal civil trial rejected the writer’s claim last May that the former president had raped her in the 1990s, instead finding Trump responsible for a lesser degree of sexual abuse.

Its good that women in New York will get this protection. Gropers and pervs will have to behave themselves.
Is this something a new President could look at on a nationwide scale ?
They already changed the laws concerning the statute of limitations in NY in order to get Trump, so why not change the definitions too so they can also call him a rapist? :dunno:

I think I'll send this post to Trump. He was just fined for defamation to the tune of $83M for less. How much ya' got TT? This is seen in NY, and you just libeled Trump unless you have access to a rape conviction that no one else seems to have.
Fucking clown. Trump is a rapist. He tried to rape that woman with his small cock. Print that off you litle fuck. He should be tagged.

They do need a new definition. It should include "taking a Republican to the cleaners based on an unprovable accusation".

You know you're living in a banana republic when they change the definition of a crime to prosecute someone for it.
