The US Supreme Court has already ruled on the Capital Offense issue regarding Child Rape in Kennedy vs Louisiana.

Patrick O'Neal Kennedy was sentenced to death for the raping and sodomizing of his 8 year old stepdaughter.
When the case reached the Supreme Court, the argument was the death penalty violated the Eighth Amendment
as Cruel and Unusual Punishment because he didn't actually kill his stepdaughter.

It was 2008, you can guess the way the vote went considering the Justices at that point ... No surprises there.


However ... The Majority Opinion made sure to leave it open to fact that if you piss the Government off,
They can still sentence you to death whether or not you kill anyone.

America is too cowardly to admit we have a black culture problem. It's easier just to say it is a "liberalism" problem.

While I disagree with nearly all aspects of liberalism, none of the white liberal countries have this problem. Ours is unique because we are flooded with hostile dark populations who just arent a good fit in this white nation.

Asians and Indians seenvto do quite well here though and maybe that's why blacks have turned so hostile. They see all the immigrants doing well while they fall further and further behind.

But nothing's gonna change until THEY change themselves and leave their dependence on the government.
