How bad are the oil drips & electrical problems?

No oil leaks and no Lucas electrics?! Then it simply CANNOT be a British motorcycle!

Aaaaaaaaaaaand...I need new variator weights & probably a belt. Well...not exactly surprised with 11,000 miles, but considering it's a holiday weekend and nice out, the timing really, really SUCKS!
