Yes, Russia/Putin/Moscow wants Biden gone but that's been staunchly denied up until now.

But there's a general feeling that the Dems will promote on Trump being compromised and beholding to Russian intelligence. I can''t see any possibility that the CIA could allow a Trump presidency. However, we have lots of time before any action would need to be taken.

The CIA will almost certainly start being proactive to prevent that from happening. But first Biden has to be discarded. That should be almost automatic.
