A COLB is the LEGAL, NOTORIZED document of the State, to identify WHO WAS BORN IN THEIR STATE.
It is the document used by most all states now....not the original birth certificate.
Hawaii, could not write honolulu, as obama's birth place on his colb UNLESS HE WAS BORN THERE.

His COLB lists the date the birth certificate was registered with the state of Hawaii, which was a couple of days after his birth....
