You do realize that based on this site Obama has been trending down since

a) the first debate

and

b) alot of pollsters are switching from registered voters to likely voter methods

On the second graph that plunge from Obama is EV's he once had outside the MOE going into the MOE. Obama is approaching Romney based on "Safe" EV's, so the race is closing, not widening.

Next time look at the data a bit more.
