Chip Kelly has banned 'Taco Tuesdays' and 'Fast Food Fridays' that the team previously enjoyed under Andy Reid.
Thank God Reid is now the K.C. Chiefs problem.

Fast food is not a problem for active football players who burn it up as fuel. Sedentary slugs eating high callorie processed food is the problem.

Eating a cooked carrot will give you 2.5 times more nourishment & energy than eating a raw carrot. If you are not active you should eat less cooked/processed food or eat it raw so more of it will pass on through instead of being absorbed by your body.
