New drug to cure covid

How many lefties would actually want to see a new drug that cures covid? This is a hypothetical, I just want to see if lefties are more interested in treating or curing covid, or if they are more interested in vaccine compliance. The hypothetical drug would offer a 100% recovery from covid, it would be safe, and it would be available over the counter as a pill or drink.
