If you have a weapon, and you are being detained/arrested, and you don't comply with orders, and the officers believe you will shoot and kill them, then you have a right to deadly force. And that is not murder.

Never a good idea to attack police in a riot carrying a load edgun. As soon as an officer thinks his life might be in danger by you, your 2A rights go right out the window.
