A car needs distance to pick up speed. Russ stood close to the vehicle as it backed out and tried to maneuver out of there. From that short distance away, and at that angle, starting at a speed of 0, that was never a lethal threat.

Look at the result. He got a small ouchie. He wasn’t killed. There’s a reason for that, a distinction that you can’t seem to make between this incident and the Christmas parade attack. Hmmmm, I wonder why this guy got a small ouchie and several people were killed in the other incident. What could the difference possibly be?
