New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Did you defend Kyle Rittenhouse who was carrying an illegal firearm by violating a felony carrying a sentence of 15 years?

It wasn't illegal for him to possess the longarm and ammunition under federal law (and I included a link), and as I already indicated the person who made the straw purchase plead "No Contest" in a plea deal with the District Attorney (and included a link).

That's just the facts, and Rittenhouse in no way whatsoever requires my opinion for a defense.

What I "want" is what other cities have done, which is cooperate and coordinate with ICE, instead of fighting them.
I think you'd find a lot of people would if they followed due process. And then there's ther politics of it all - I mean Minnesota? Really? None of the Southern Borders where most illegals come in are getting this treatment are they? Oh, that's right Tim Walz - ie the guy who was on a ticket that dared go up against the Orange Jesus - is the governor of that state. Gee, what a coincidence. ;):dunno:

Uhm, concealed. Not as if he was Kyle walking around with a loaded rifle during a VIOLENT protest

and extra ammo? When I purchased my handgun it came with two clips
It was in his hand when he got aired out, silly gurl.

ICE is trying to use violence to create fear and compliance as they violate the law and constitution.

We want a country where the government doesn’t act like fascists.

Democrats caused this.

Now they're bitching about the consequences.

No sympathy.

There's a much larger operation going on in Texas, and Im not seeing dickheads in the streets running cover for criminals. Wonder why that is?

LOL Even those morons knew not to interfere with the cops doing their jobs.

And as I pointed out, both the purchaser and the receiver committed a federal felony.

It's tempting to go there - but it would be a horrible mistake. It would give them the civil war that they so badly want.
Black people are not engaging in the White Liberal rioting. Many blacks are against the illegals getting their government handouts. Did you miss their angry town halls stating such in Chicago?

Straw purchase felony applies to both the purchaser and the reciever.

Purchase from an individual may have some restraints depending on state law, but it is not a straw purchase from a licensed dealer and no forms are required (in most cases).

But hey, let's not pretend you have a better understanding of the law than the District Attorney does.

What about the American citizen who was dragged out of his home in his underwear in the freezing winter. Because they thought he was the sex offender they were looking for.

Meanwhile the sex offender they were looking for was sitting in prison.
He was harboring criminals and wouldn’t produce an ID

Kyle committed a federal felony on top of everything else.

He was only charged with a misdemeanor in relationship to the gun purchase.

I do have sympathy for Good and Petti. Their leaders, though constant repetition, convinced them that law enforcement is evil and must be fought, at all costs.
They never said "fight" them.
Film them. Demonstrate against them. But absolutely no call for any kind of violence.

Unlike Trump who told the January 6th people to "fight like hell"
