People identify with their own. As an example, during the Democrat summer of hate, I identified with the small business owners who were being targeted by Democrat terrorists. The same thing is occurring now where those with no respect for law and order identify with the child sex traffickers, gang bangers, drug dealers, and violent criminals that poured into this country when Biden invited third world countries to empty out their prisons and send the inmates here.

Yeah, reasonable suspicion which is a lower standard than probable cause. It provided a legal foundation for stop-and-frisk which is considered reasonable under the 4th amendment.
