New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Actually who gives a shit. The dude set himself up.

The officers will at some point in the future, especially when they realize that the Administation is transactional and will abandon them to their fate. Trump can't pardon state criminal action nor can he pardon state or federal civil action.

The Minnesota AG is already moving through the courts to ensure access to crime scene evidence collected by DHS Agents "investigating" other DHS Agents.

And the parents of the victim have engaged lawyers to help determine a path on a civil suit.

who was he defending when he kicked out the tail light of an ICE vehicle ?

HE DID WHAT?!?!?

So, no. Your strawman is invalid.

I believe in sane immigration law and consistent enforcement. But immigration isn't what's going on here. This is Trump terrorizing political opposition with a goon squad.

People who are in this country illegally cannot vote in our elections. Not legally anyway. So how does arresting and deporting ILLEGAL immigrants constitute 'terrorizing political opposition?'

Counselor, he had a gun in scrum at a protest with law enforcement and a history of recorded violence against law enforcement.

Please explain why this is irrelevant to reasonable people like those who might comprise a jury.

The administration has no control over the agents fate just as Alex Pretti didn't have control over his.

Let me rephrase that, it was actually Alex Pretti's personal choices that altered his fate and set up the tragic incident...... which also demands an investigation into what transpired.

Counselor, he had a gun

Ya so? He had a 2nd Amendment right to be armed.

in scrum at a protest with law enforcement

And he NEVER branished the firearm, one of the officer removed it and he was shot 10 time in the back after the fireare was secured.

and a history of recorded violence against law enforcement.

That has no bearing on the events on the day he was killed.

Please explain why this is irrelevant to reasonable people like those who might comprise a jury.

The jury will see all the evidence including:
  • All the civilian video
  • The body cam video
  • The ballistics evidence on the Prettis firearm and whether there was damage to the road (showing an accidential discharge - or not - of Pretti's firearm). If there was no accidential discharge - which it doesn't appear their was - then the ONLY shots were fired by the officers.
  • Autopsy of Pretti's body
  • Testimoney by civili witness under oath
  • Testimoney by officers invovled under oath (and if a civil case they shooting officer can't refuse under the 5th amendment, they can be compelled to testify).
So ya, the context of the day and DHS Agents escalating the violence instead of deescalating will be very important to the jury.

Lesh goes out of her way to prove she is the dumbest of the dumb shits and cannot go a day without lying.
If she had any self respect, she'd stop embarrassing herself.

Currently, I see an inordinate number of people demanding "they 25th Amendment him".
Tell me you don;t know anything about the 25th amendment.
Oh look. Tranny boy is doing ad hominems again

He had a 2nd Amendment right to be armed.
True, he also had a choice of not carrying into what he already knew was a highly charged political direct action against the government.

And he NEVER branished the firearm, one of the officer removed it and he was shot 10 time in the back after the fireare was secured.
That's not entirely true until a timeline of events is shown.
That has no bearing on the events on the day he was killed.
His involvement in organized anti-government action sure as hell does.

So ya, the context of the day and DHS Agents escalating the violence instead of deescalating will be very important to the jury.
True and so will the timeline of events.

Just saw the additional video of Pretti. Dude was a violent asshole subversive.
Because he smashed a taillight.

You guys seamlessly go from acting tough to acting like the most terrified sissies in the universe.

It's my understanding that members of the Trump administration referred to Alex Pretti as a domestic terrorist and something to the effect of was there to kill ICE agents. I'm not sure on the direct quoting.

Anyways, why would these people make these claims?

I'm rather perplexed.

Not a fan of Saint Ronnie...?
Not at all. In fact, when he came along I thought, there is no way there can be a worse president in my lifetime. Then along pops Bush jnr. I thought the bar couldn't get any lower.
I'm calling it now - there is now way in the world it can get lower than Trump. Just, no way...surely...

Oh gawd... another one these.

You know, I don't really care what you call it. If you want to bicker over the definition of fascism, have at it. Instead, let's just call "government that is beneath human contempt". Will that work?
You obviously dont know what it means...

It's the militaristic bands of masked thugs that are the problem. He's created his own secret police. They're untrained and they're dangerous. He's using them to threaten cities and states that don't support his agenda.

Pretti had the right to be armed but made the critical error of bringing a hidden [defective] gun to a fight with law enforcement.

Once he returned into the street after previously being removed and then interfering which turned into a melee with LE he made a fatal error.
