Actually it wasn't the videoing as much as carrying a concealed semi-auto 9mm up to them, with 2-clips and 20-rounds of ammo.

Nope, the DHS Agents didn't know about the fact that Pretti was a legal firearm owner and CC license holder and that he had a holstered weapon on his belt back until AFTER they attacked him and he was on the ground after being OC sprayed multiple times and being held down and restrained by a 4-5 officer scrum.

And Pretti NEVER displayed, brandished, or even attempted to extract his firearm from the holster.

The complex reality is we are dealing with a mindset that believes rock throwing, torching businesses, using personal vehicles to obstruct, and doxxing law enforcement agents and their families are all activities protected under the First Amendment.
