New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Did they pull another name out of the Rolodex and claimed this is who they were looking for.

The only person Pretti was defending was the woman a CBP Jackboot pushed to the ground and pepper sprayed. If you are so concerned about women being beaten up, start there.

I don't take their claims "We were looking for this bad guy" after they claimed they were looking for a man they already had in prison when they raided the home of a Hmong Citizen and made him stand out in the cold nearly naked while his family watched in horror.
who was he defending when he kicked out the tail light of an ICE vehicle ?

I guess they should have killed him then.
nobodies said that ! the guy was brainwashed by leftist propaganda .. he inserted himself into fed agents carrying out operations while being armed ! a tragic ending ! maybe there is malfeasance on the part of the agent that shot him .. but it wasn't cold blooded murder like the lying left claims ..

OK, maybe just warm blooded murder.

It wound of been nice had the city arrested him for property damage and got him off the street. Maybe then he wouldn’t of been emboldened to strap himself down with forty rounds and go after ice agents

Did DHS Agents ever file a complaint with the local police?

If Yes, why didn't the local PD react to the property damage?

If No, how would the local PD have known?

Yes ICE routinely asked for help from local police but they were ordered not to help

We aren't talking about MN enforcing immigration. That is a different question.

The question was did DHS Agents report the vehicle vandalism to the local police department?

I know I am not talking about that either

MN cops were ordered to stand down

No, they were ordered not to assist with immigration inforcement.

Vehicle damage is not immigration enforcement.

So again, did DHS Agents report the vandalism?
.
.
(If they had local PD would have responded as it was not immigration related - it was property damage.)

The whole thing started with Pretti in the middle of the street photographing ICE ops.

ICE wasn't enforcing local laws, they were securing their operating area which was secured to make an arrest of an illegal.
Do they need the whole damn street in order to arrest one illegal? C'mon.

Yes, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officers, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents, have the authority to control traffic and temporarily close local streets while conducting arrests, often acting in coordination with or independently of local law enforcement.

Of course, they have the authority to close off a street, when there is a dangerous felon on the loose.

Arresting an illegal is not a "violent incident."
To all three of your posts:

They're going after criminal illegals.

Can you guarantee that these fugitives won't start a gunfight? Many are gang affiliated.

You cordon off the street in case a gunfight ensues.

Police don't block off an entire street for a routine arrest. You can't just always assume an illegal will be armed because a small number are with gangs. 1%? 5%?

Nope, that’s always been the case

They were specially ordered to stand down when dealing with the rioters

The police actually hate the order and have been begging Walz and company to allow them to protect the ICE agents from the dembot stormtroopers

It's not suppose to be, but sadly the dembot stormtroopers have made it one
