New audio: Trump falsely claimed he gave Kim Jong Un "incredible" letters to National Archives, says he had confidence in Capitol Police on Jan 6

Yes, it's obvious he believed everything was turned over.

false.

Clinton's case is far different, she has no authority to have the documents, on an illegal unsecured server, hide from the Govt for years.

donny had no authority to have any docs whatsoever. anything that he signed, was personally given, etc - has to have the approval from the archives to have in his 'custody' or outright possession.... including whatever he intends to use for his library. but ANYTHING marked classified or top secret/SCI is off limits.

period.

She had no intent to return them had she not been caught

LOL! hillary had no documents. there were 3 emails marked with a small (c) & buried deep within email chains that were sent to her. there were no markings other that AND no headers. whoever the original sender is actually at fault

Trump's documents were mixed in with his personal stuff, and were guarded by armed federal agents, and he was actively working wtih the NA to ensure they got everything

oh you poor poor trump humping MAGAt. no wonder donny loves you long time.

Would a birthday card from a personal friend belong to the national archives? How about a get well note?

yes - until the NA says otherwise.

I don't think that's necessarily so. Did Obama turn over his correspondence with Larry Sinclair?

deflection denied.webp

Those would be personal. A letter to the President from another Head of State is presidential record.
What he ordered for lunch from the WH kitchen is personal. The menu for a State dinner is record.
See how that works?
They don't appear to think that he's supposed to follow laws. Laws are for mortals.

How about a personal letter to the President wishing him a wonderful birthday from a friend who just happens to be a foreign head of state?

depends on the each individual piece. guess who decides?

1) nah the video proves it
2) I don't disagree after Jan 20 they needed to be turned over, much like CLinton had to have her docs turned over when she left...but didn't....nether is a crime
3) why do you lie? Statement by FBI Director James B. Comey on the Investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s Use of a Personal E-Mail System — FBI

National Archives has told Congress Trump has not returned all the documents he left office with

Just another Lying Smear from The Party of Pathological Liars and The Hair Sniffing Alphabet Pedo Grooming Lobby.
Spam the forum much, Dotard?

All of this talk about "national security papers" that President Trump may have taken is a load of shit.

What the Deep State and FBI are concerned about is the idea that Trump has papers which implicate them in the Russian Conclusion Hoax and other bullshit that they pulled.

Why would the Trumpster even think about taking "nuclear secrets", there isn't any motive here. The Mueller Fake Investigation demonstrated no link between Russia and the Trumpster , no ruined hotel mattresses were ever even close to being identifed.

Trump made mishandling documents a felony.
well congress did…but that’s not relevant the elements of the crime remain the same as they did when clinton did much much worse.

Yes, it's obvious he believed everything was turned over.

except when he told one lawyer to ' just say ' they were all returned & the lawyer refused? & then there were dozens of 'em ... including some in his office & at least THREE in his private desk?
