Never mind transitional species.

I submit the paper in my comment you've quoted here ... this is peer-reviewed so the "links" have been checked ... whether they're "bad" or not is a matter of philosophy ...

If you're speaking about "chains of logic" ... then please tell us which logical "chain link" is bad? ... other than not starting with "In the beginning, God created Heaven and Earth" ...
Did you present that article as 'proof/evidence' of evolution?

From the first lines of the abstract.

"Proteins play a key role in biological electron transport, but the structure–function relationships governing the electronic properties of peptides are not fully understood. Despite recent progress, understanding the link between peptide conformational flexibility, hierarchical structures, and electron transport pathways has been challenging."

A little less than reassuring.

Where the break in the "chain of logic"? ... you're skipping out is what you're doing ... you've lost so now you're quickly changing the subject ...

In case you're too stupid to remember what you posted:

It is the electron by electron, atom by atom, change that is missing in the published information about evolution: my point.

The paper I presented is about the change ... your point is refuted ... try again ... and that's just one of a hundred thousand that Google picked up ...

Your lack of education is obvious at this point ... biology is taught in high schools, your middle school education isn't helping you here ...

How do atoms and molecules know what to change into, for the purpose of evolution? If you deconstruct specialized tissue to the molecular level how do know that it was the result of some purposeful change from a previous state? What is the operative mechanism for such a change?

My real nitty gritty of my point is, what is the origin of atoms, molecules, energy. Have you ever heard the punch line, "Git yer own dirt"?

Regarding the article. I don't think you understand it any more than I do, but you believe it as an article of faith that the scientists got it right. I might believe it as well without understanding it if it is separated from the ToE as a simple fact of physics.

Apparently there are countless dinosaur fossils representing short lived dinos with peculiar genetic traits that died out. They are rare simply because the type didn't last long.
