US Beef just gained full access to Japanese markets. This is great news for farm country. Our beef is second to none and our cattlemen are going to make a ton of money when more Japanese consumers realize what a great US steak tastes like.

Did you always eat longhorn steers before?

Longhorn is a good beef, but prefer the marbling of Angus, even though not quite as healthy. I know some have pushed for the 2 to be crossbred for the best of both beef.
