Okay, let's look at that. Here's a video of two guys open carrying weapons. Please note that the white guy gives the cops a lot of lip and refuses to show any ID. Please not the black guy is treated like he's a terrorist.

Seems to me if I were black I'd go out of my way to be compliant since my brothers seem to go out of their way to be assholes.

Seems to me that if you are routinely hassled, arrested and sometimes even killed for non-crimes or infractions merely for being black, you probably have a good reason to have an attitude.

Parking incorrectly is considered a civil infraction in most jurisdictions. Sterling has said he did NOTHING to warrant cops using the taser and claimed the video would exonerate him.
