1)Drink more water.

2)To clean the skin use a soft warm cloth.

5)Do physical exercises like cycling, walking, running, swimming for at least 30 minutes per day.

6)Include fruits, vegetables to your daily diet. Keep a well-balanced diet.
Wear low heel shoes.

8)Save your skin from allergies caused by the overexposure to sunlight. Always apply a sunscreen lotion.

9)Drink green tea. It regulates blood sugar level.

10)An annual vaccination will prevent you from flu.

11)Don't intake deep-fried oily foods.
 
Smoke unfiltered cigarettes (at least a pack a day.)

Eat tons of red meat, butter, lard, etc.

Drink alcohol like a fish drinks water.

Have unprotected sex with anyone or anything that's willing.

Exercise your remote control finger daily.
