The special significance of this threat at this time is that it's probably linked to Russia's threats.
And fwiw, my suspicion that China doesn't threaten because it doesn't serve their agenda of peace but will threaten through their use of N.K. being consistent with China's military agenda.

What else is new, duck? He was doing the same thing during the Obama admin and into the Trump admin---until Trump recognized him publicly and he backed off. Biden has just picked up where Obama left off. So just STFU and stay out issues that you don't understand nor affect you.
